Liz Sergeant is the founder and CEO of Well Nourished. She leads a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, coaches, and practitioners with over a decade of experience in women’s health, hormonal health, and functional medicine. Liz is a registered nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner (MSc, ANutr, AFMCP) with a background in global pharma. She is regularly booked as a keynote speaker on women’s health, resilience, and the business case for supporting female talent.
